Το βραβευμένο με αστέρι Michelin εστιατόριο Tudor Hall του Ξενοδοχείου King George υποδέχεται τον Chef Konstantin Filippou, έναν από τους σημαντικότερους εκπροσώπους της σύγχρονης ευρωπαϊκής haute cuisine, για μια εξαιρετικά σπάνια γαστρονομική εμπειρία την Κυριακή 8 Φεβρουαρίου 2026, στο πλαίσιο του Athens Gastronomic Forum.
Ο chef Filippou, με δύο αστέρια Michelin και μια πορεία γεμάτη διεθνείς διακρίσεις, έρχεται στην Αθήνα και κάνει στάση στο εστιατόριο Tudor Hall του Ξενοδοχείου King George για να μαγειρέψει ένα μενού που περιλαμβάνει signature πιάτα από το ομώνυμο εστιατόριό του στη Βιέννη. Το μενού που έχει σχεδιάσει για τη συγκεκριμένη βραδιά αποτυπώνει την αυθεντική, υψηλής τεχνικής και καθαρότητας φιλοσοφία του και την τεχνική αρτιότητα της κουζίνας του, η οποία είναι επηρεασμένη από τις ελληνικές και αυστριακές του ρίζες.

The Michelin-starred Tudor Hall Restaurant at the King George Hotel welcomes Chef
Konstantin Filippou, one of the most influential figures in contemporary European haute
cuisine, for an extremely rare gastronomic experience on Sunday, February 8th, 2026,
on the occasion of Athens Gastronomic Forum.
Chef Filippou, holder of two Michelin Stars and celebrated for a career rich in
international distinctions, arrives in Athens and makes a special stop at the Tudor Hall
Restaurant to cook a menu featuring signature dishes from his eponymous restaurant in
Vienna. The menu created exclusively for this evening reflects his authentic philosophy
of purity and technical precision, as well as the craftsmanship of a cuisine shaped by
both his Greek and Austrian heritage.
For one night only, guests will have the opportunity to experience one of the most
refined Michelin-Star evenings of the year: a five-course menu defined by outstanding
ingredients, contemporary techniques and striking flavor clarity. A curated selection of
