Holy Saturday menu at the revamped GB Roof Garden
After the late Holy Saturday celebrations, savour a traditional dinner menu with delicious Greek specialties prepared especially on this day at the GB Roof Garden restaurant on the 8th floor of the Hotel Grande Bretagne.
Chef de Cuisine Yiannis Rokanas welcomes you with traditional Easter soup (magiritsa) and fine appetizers, followed by a duo of grilled lamb cutlets and charcoal-grilled seftalia served with yoghurt and oven-baked lemon potatoes. The menu concludes with warm orange pie infused with thyme syrup and ice cream with caramelised nuts.
An ideal destination for a memorable dinner overlooking the illuminated city of Athens.
During the Holy Week a special Lenten menu will be available at the GB Roof Garden.
